Lease Agreements

Interested in purchasing a Tenancy Agreement or Commercial Agreement - please find details below:

Residential Tenancy Agreement - $30.00

Commercial Indstrial Short Term Lease - $150.00

This lease applies when the lease is excluded from the Business Tenancies Act eg:

  • The property  is over 1000m2
  • The lease is for less than 6mnths
  • The property is an industrial shed or wholesaler

Commercail Industrial Lease - $200.00

This lease applies to situations that fall under the Business Tenancy Fair Dealings Act:

  • Primarily for retail properties, shops, offices, shopping centres, shopping complex
  • Automatic term of 5yrs - including further terms
